친구들에게서 여자 같다며 왕따당하는 섹시맨과 슬럼에서 자라난 쌈마이 대박. 1991년의 어느 날, 대박은 섹시맨에게서 탱고를 배우기 시작하고 둘은 점점 가까운 사이가 되어간다. 하지만 어느 날 대박이 꽃을 들고 섹시맨을 찾아오면서 둘의 관계는 점점 복잡해지는데... 고등학교 교련 시간을 배경으로 두 인물의 정체성이 점점 역전되어 가는 아이러니에 관한 우화. (‘Sexyman’ is effeminate who's constantly teased by friends. ‘Bully’ is a masculine fighter who's grown up in a slum. One day in 1991, ‘Bully’ starts to learn tango dance from ‘Sexyman’ and they become close due to the tango lesson. However, as ‘Bully’ proposes a date to ‘Sexyman’, their relationship turns complicated. The story is set in a high school military drill and focuses on the ironic reversal of these two characters’ identities.)  연출의도. 작년 무더웠던 여름이었다. 예비군 훈련을 받던 나는 기묘한 상상에 사로잡혔다. 똑같은 옷을 입고 똑같은 총을 들고 똑같은 폼으로 사이좋게 나뒹구는 육체들. 혹시 이 곳이 게이 캠프가 않을까? 여기가 출발점이었다. 한국 남자들의 군사문화를 뒤틀어보자. 결과물은 싸늘한 디지베타 화면에 그려진 블랙코미디이다. 여기에서 탱고 춤은 남자다움을 동성애로, 호전성을 사랑으로, 몸싸움을 춤으로 바꾸는 매개체 역할을 한다. (I'd been drafted by the reserve army last summer. There, I was captured by a grotesque imagination. "Look at these guys. They wear same uniforms and grapple with each other without realizing this is a serious skin cont .act. Isn’t it a gay camp?" This was my starting point: let's twist Korean military culture. It turned out a black comedy shot with Digi Beta.
